EXECUTIVE TEAM
Will Walker | President & Co-Founder
Will Walker is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, capital sourcing, asset management, and establishing strategic partnerships. Prior to the formation of JW Multifamily, Will worked for The Empire Group of Companies – a private real estate development company based in Scottsdale, AZ – expanding the pipeline and executing business plans for over $1 billion in multifamily and built-to-rent projects exceeding 5,000 total units. Will holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Will has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona since 2015 and is an active member of Executive Council 70, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth in Arizona.
